OASIS: How do I add somebody to a channel / conversation?

There are two methods of adding individuals to a channel and/or conversation:

Go to the Activity / Comments section of the channel you are wanting to add them to

- Tag them (e.g. @johndoe) in the comment text field

result: They will be notified, via e-mail, that they have been added to the channel / conversation and they will have be assigned a task to review the comment / activity

note: We recommend the 'etiquette' of clicking reply and then replying to the individuals communication to you.  This results in 'closed-loop-communication'

On the bottom right of the session page, you will see 'Members Assigned', click on the gree 'add' button

- In the first field, type their name (add them)

- In the second field, write a brief note about why you are adding them
