Extended Leave; removing individual from schedule

1. Go to "EDIT SCHEDULE" within the Schedule section (between VIEW and SETTINGS)
2. Locate the desired schedule grid under the "Posted" tab
3. "UNPOST" the schedule (Important:  DO NOT click on "RECALCULATE SHIFTS/PATTERNS")
4. Manually remove the individual shifts from the individuals schedule line (TIP:  start/click on the first shift in the sequence that needs to be deleted and then use DELETE(repeat) and TAB to move to next cell...continue until all the shifts, that you intend to remove, are deleted)
5. Save changes as needed
6. "POST" to see results

p.s.  Would be a good time to schedule covering shifts if possible (while the grid is unposted)
