- Click Schedule from the left sidebar menu.
- Click Request Leave from the top menu.
- Enter the following information:
- Date Range: Select either All Day or Partial Day. Partial Day will allow you to enter a specific time period for that date.
- Type of Leave: Choose the Type of Leave, ex. “Vacation [VAC].”
PERMISSION BASED: The “Type of Leave”, list of choices, is created by your site administrator. This is done by going to Schedule > View > Requests -> Settings
- Comments: Communicate any additional details such as entering a time range vs. the whole 24-hour period.
- Click Add Request. A confirmation message will appear at the top of the page to confirm your submission.
