Add Event – Protean

Click Events on the left sidebar menu.
Click Add Item at the top of the page.
Complete the Add Event form as appropriate.
Category: Select desired Category
Title: Enter desired Title
Location: Enter desired Location
Event Type: Elect to make this Event Public or Personal
Start Time: Enter desired Start Time
End Time: Enter desired End Time
Options: Notify all member about this event and or mark this event as an All Day Event
Limit Participation: Enter the Number of slots available for this Event e.g. max attendance
Cutoff time for sign up/remove self: Enter desired Date and Time to close sign up for this Event
Comments: Enter desired comments
To add files, click Add Files, select the file you'd like to upload, then click Start Upload.
Click Save Event.
