Quiz: Granting extra attempts (override)

*Recommend formalizing a method for student to request additional attempt. Utilize the FORM tool.  Insert form link, into the course, and direct the student to fill out the form to request extra attempts

1. Access the quiz
2. Click on the gear icon
3. Select "User Override
4. Select add override
5. Select which student you are granting the extra attempt(s) [override]
6. Define remaining conditions as applicable (password, open-close dates, etc.)
7. Define remaining: pay particular attention to “Attempts allowed” – this is you granting them X number of additional attempts
8. Review the “unique” conditions you granted this individual student

This new condition is now in play. Contact/communicate with the student and let them know the quiz is open for them to access for additional attempts
