Click Add Calendar/View to create a new calendar
Complete applicable fields
Calendar Name: Enter the Calendar Name/Label
Color: Allows you to select a color to identify/color-code the calendar
Calendar Manager: List of people to get notified of any changes to the calendar (e.g. trades, additions, edits, etc.)
Show on Home Page: Allows you to display the calendar on the home page – Day Board
Display Calendar Name Header: Shows a header with the name at the top of each calendar in the month/week view
Compact View: Shows shift information on one line instead of two
Show Contact Info: Shows member title before name when selected
Show Groups: Shows selected groups (check Members>Manage Groups setting as well) after the name
Late Form: Redirects to the Form selected when late button is used
Call Out Form: Redirects to the Form selected for a call-out

Select two or more Calendars to create a Calendar View.
Views allow you to collate other schedules. Simply click on the calendars you want to show under this title. If you are creating a single calendar, leave this area blank.
NOTE: Order of calendars is maintained as selected

Select two or more Groups to create a Group View.
Limit this Calendar View to only show group(s) This allows you to create views for displaying sets of groups that are commonly viewed.
