- Choose ‘Members’ from the left sidebar menu, a dropdown will appear.
- Choose ‘Information’, a list of your members will appear.
- Search for the member whom you wish to delete.
- Click on their name.
- At the top of their profile, choose the red ‘DELETE’ button.
- There will be a space provided to add the date of Removal/Termination.
- If you are sure you wish to delete this member, choose ‘DELETE’.
- The employee will be removed from the events/schedule from the selected date forward, their Credentials and previous OASIS sessions will still be stored within your site.
- The employee will no longer be able to login to your site or the Protean CONNECT Mobile Application from the selected date forward.
